Job Description:
We're hiring an Equity and Derivatives Marketing Specialist to drive our equity marketing and derivatives trading services for High Networth Individual (HNI) clients. Your role will involve crafting strategies, educating clients, and fostering relationships to maximize their investment potential in equity, Future and Options (F&O), and Margin Trading Fund (MTF) offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting HNI clients interested in equity, F&O, and MTF trading
• Collaborate with teams to create tailored marketing materials and campaigns
• Provide market insights and guidance to help clients make informed investment decisions
• Cultivate strong relationships with HNI clients, addressing queries and concerns
• Conduct educational sessions to empower clients with trading knowledge
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitors
• Collaborate with research teams to develop investment strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
• Identify growth opportunities within the HNI equity and derivatives market

Qualifications:

• Post-graduate degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Proven experience in equity marketing and derivatives trading, preferably with HNI clients
• Strong understanding of F&O and MTF concepts and strategies
• Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex financial concepts
• Proficiency in data analysis and market research
• Track record of achieving marketing and sales targets
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications like NISM Series VIII will be advantageous
• Strong networking skills for building and maintaining client relationship
